How We Do It: Brand Credibility Framework
Shaping a brand that gives you instant credibility with potential clients doesn’t happen overnight. It takes a tried and true process that we’ve been using for 20 years, in Los Angeles, San Antonio and now Boise.
-
The Diagnosis: Friction Audit
We audit everything a customer sees and stack it against your competition to pinpoint where trust breaks down. You get a prioritized plan to fix it before it costs another deal. If you don’t like the plan, you don’t pay.
-
The Rebuild: Closing the Trust Gap
We rebuild your brand from strategy to identity: positioning, messaging, logo, type, and color, so every piece works together as one cohesive system.
-
The Rollout: Deploy Touch Points
We design and deploy every deliverable: website, sales deck, signage, print, packaging, internal templates. Your new brand shows up consistently everywhere, everytime.

Clients: Join these brands in building trust
Our WorkWhat clients are saying:
We needed to look credible against the biggest players in our industry. While I know what I like, I had no idea how to get our brand there. That’s where Reddoor came in, their branding and web work took MSOT to the next level, putting us in position to win multi-million government supply contracts.

On Your Behalf
About Us
Reddoor’s been at this for 20 years. In that time we’ve helped more than 300 companies stand out, and we’ve never gotten comfortable with work that’s merely “fine.” Clarity beats clever, every time.
We’re a nimble senior team with people in Boise, Los Angeles, and San Antonio, and we’ve stayed that way on purpose. The people you meet in the first conversation are the people building your brand. Nothing gets handed down. In Boise, that first conversation happens across a table, not a screen.
We care about your company and about the people inside it who actually use what we make. That’s why every decision ties back to an outcome you can name: more of the right customers, a team that’s proud of the sign out front, a website that does the selling when you can’t.
Frequently Asked Questions
A logo by itself won’t do much. What brings in the right customers is removing every reason they have to hesitate. A site that looks ten years old. Signage that doesn’t match the storefront. A pitch that changes depending on who’s telling it. Fix those, and the people who were already interested stop drifting to a competitor who simply looked more put-together.
That’s what the Diagnosis is for. We find the specific places trust leaks out, in priority order, so the money goes where it moves the needle.
Every phase is scoped and priced before it starts, so there’s no meter running. The Diagnosis is a fixed $1,500 and seven days, and you can stop there and keep the plan.
The Rebuild and the Rollout are scoped during the Diagnosis, because the number depends on how much of the business the brand touches. Full engagements have landed anywhere from around $20,000 to well into six figures.
The Friction Audit runs 7 days and needs about three hours of yours: a questionnaire, a kickoff interview, and the meeting where we walk you through what we found.
The Rebuild takes 30 days and the Rollout 60, so about 90 days from the start of the Rebuild to a brand that’s live everywhere. Your time is a handful of review sessions. We handle everything in between, because you’re running a business, not a project.
No. Some of the work we’re proudest of is for a neighborhood coffee shop, a veterinary hospital, and a hand-wash and detail shop here in Boise. What matters is that you’re serious about the brand carrying the business, not the size of the team behind it.
The same process we run for national companies scales down cleanly. The phases stay the same, and the deliverables get scoped to what you’ll actually use. What doesn’t scale down is the commitment. The brand has to be a real line in this year’s budget, not what’s left over, and if it isn’t yet, the honest answer is to wait. We’ll say so.
No. Over 20 years we’ve worked across real estate, hospitality, coffee shops, schools, nonprofits, professional services, consumer products and government. Healthcare and technology are where a lot of our recent work sits. The framework is about how customers decide to trust you, and that doesn’t change by industry.
Yes. One of our founders is in Boise, and the first conversation is usually across a table. The wider team is in Los Angeles and San Antonio, and everyone you meet at the start is someone who does the work.
Not if it’s done in the right order. The Diagnosis tells us which parts of the brand are carrying equity and which are holding you back. The Rebuild keeps what people recognize and fixes what they don’t notice until it’s gone. The Rollout then changes everything at once, so there’s never a months-long stretch where the old brand and the new one fight each other.
A freelancer can give you a good logo, and plenty of them are excellent at it. What’s hard to get piecemeal is one system, where strategy, identity, website, signage and print all say the same thing. That’s what you’re paying us for.
If you have a strong in-house designer, great. We’ll build the system and the guidelines so they can run it.
Hit Get Started and answer five short questions. If it looks like a fit, you’ll book a call with a founder, not a sales rep, and we’ll talk through what a Diagnosis would look like for your business.
