Safety Signage + Playbook

Returning to the office in the midst of COVID was difficult for everyone. The challenge for Worthe, and its properties within The Burbank Portfolio, was maintaining a first class experience.

When you google "COVID signage" and "Social Distancing Signage", you will quickly realize that isn't really sophisticated solutions that will match a high-end office environment. Worthe came to us to help create a system of custom temporary signage as well as a "Return to Work" playbook for tenants. Both deliverables needed to fit the brand we created for The Burbank Portfolio and communicate the commitment Worthe was making to their tenants.

Return to Work Guidelines

A playbook for all 13 properties within The Burbank Portfolio. Subject matter included commitments to safety, tenant recommendations for a phased return plan.

Safety Signage System

All 13 Burbank Portfolio buildings required safety signage throughout the interior and exterior. Our design goal was to communicate clearly without gimmicks and develop a flexible system that would work in hundreds of specific scenarios throughout all properties.

Health Club Signage

The Burbank Portfolio properties have a number of private health clubs available for tenant use. Custom social "fitnessing" signage was needed throughout.
