Embrey Partners is one of the nation's premier multi-family home builders. So when they broke ground on their corporate HQ, premier offices and refined living residences in the heart of San Antonio, they needed to put their best foot forward.

A hard cover and soft cover portfolio book was created to showcase the 53,000 s.f. of premier office space. These were created to reflect the quality of the space itself and given away to potential tenants for the space.

As the property was being finished, leasing began. In order to give prospective tenants an idea of the amenities and floor plans available, we created a system of floor plans and unit plans for the management leasing team, all based off of the architectural drawings.
