
Herbst Veterinary Hospital believes in treating every animal like their own pet. So, when they outgrew their original facility, they built an amazing veterinary hospital just up the road.
The challenge was to communicate to their thousands of pet owning clients who range in age and communication preference that they'd moved. Pet owners might only see their vet a couple times per year, so we deployed a three-pronged approach to provide the most effective communication possible: printed materials, social media and email campaigns.
It was really important to Herbst that their customers received best care possible, including communicating early and often about how their new facility can serve them even more effectively.
