How We Do It: Brand Credibility Framework
Shaping a brand that gives you instant credibility with buyers and clinicians doesn't happen overnight. It takes a tried and true process that we've been using for 20 years.
-
The Diagnosis: Friction Audit
We audit your marketing deliverables and stack them against your competition to pinpoint what's getting you cut in procurement vetting. We deliver a prioritized plan to fix it before it costs another deal.
-
The Rebuild: Closing the Trust Gap
We turn the audit into a complete brand system that provides credibility, then prove it side by side against your competitors so your team can move forward with confidence.
-
The Rollout: Deploy Touch Points
We deploy the approved system everywhere buyers meet you, from websites and sales decks to tradeshows and packaging. Every piece makes the case on its own, so the selling starts before the rep does.

Clients: Join these brands in building trust
Our WorkWhat clients are saying:
We needed to look credible against the biggest players in our industry. While I know what I like, I had no idea how to get our brand there. That's where Reddoor came in, their branding and web work took MSOT to the next level, putting us in position to win multi-million government supply contracts.

On Your Behalf
About Us
Reddoor's been at this for 20 years. In that time we've helped more than 300 companies stand out, and we've never gotten comfortable with work that's merely "fine." Clarity beats clever, every time.
We're a nimble senior team with people in San Antonio, Los Angeles, and Boise, and we've stayed that way on purpose. The people you meet in the first conversation are the people building your brand. Nothing gets handed down. We care about your company and about the people inside it who actually use what we make. The CMO we align with on strategy. The rep carrying your sell sheet into a hospital. Both have to be able to do their job with the work.
That's why every decision ties back to an outcome you can name. In your category that outcome is trust: clinicians who believe you on sight, procurement that's sold before the meeting starts, and deals you stop losing to the bigger name.
Frequently Asked Questions
A logo by itself won’t do much. What moves a deal is clearing out the reasons a buyer screens you out before they ever talk to you: a site that looks behind the market, materials that contradict each other, collateral that reads like it came from a smaller company than you are.
Our Friction Audit finds those triggers and stacks you against the competitors you’re losing to.
The goal isn’t a prettier brand. It’s a clear, consistent brand that gives you that first impression credibility you need to help you shorten the sales cycle and stop losing deals because you don’t look credible.
3 phases, priced separately, so you’re never buying more than you need.
The Diagnosis: Friction Audit. $1,500. 7 days. You can stop here and keep the plan.
The Rebuild: Credibility Alignment. Scoped during the Diagnosis, since the number depends on how deep the problem runs and how big you are. Clients have paid between $10,000 and $40,000. Most land around $20,000.
The Rollout: Deploy Brand Touchpoints. $10,000 to $200,000. Wide, because it covers everything a business could use to market to a buyer: website, packaging, sales decks, tradeshow kits, etc. Your business may only need the sales deck, or it may need all of these things. We scope and budget it with you during the Rebuild, then we start with the pieces that return the most for what you can actually spend.
We stay on the brand side and build for your reviewers.
We don’t write or approve regulated claims. That’s your team’s call, and it should be.
What we do is build a system where the approved language is easy to use consistently. Your materials clear internal review faster, and they don’t drift the second a rep builds their own deck.
We’d rather be clear about that line than claim something we don’t own.
It’s the question we get most, and it’s fair.
It’s also why we start with an audit instead of a blank page. We find what equity is worth keeping (usually more than founders expect) and what’s actively costing you.
Most engagements end up as an evolution of what you already have. If your name and mark are valuable and doing real work, we’ll tell you.
The Friction Audit runs 7 days and needs about 3 hours from you: an hour on a pre-meeting questionnaire, an hour for the kickoff interview, an hour in the diagnosis meeting. The Rebuild takes 30 days. The Rollout takes 60. So roughly 90 days from the start of the Rebuild to a brand deployed across every touchpoint.
Your time lands in a handful of review sessions. We handle everything in between.
You don’t have an in-house creative team. That’s usually why you’re here. So we’re not going to hand you a project to manage.
We encourage every company to start with the audit.
Skipping it is like walking into an auto shop and telling the mechanic what to fix. Even if you’re right, they still have to get under the hood and understand what’s actually going on with your car.
The audit gets everyone on the same page about the problem, the goal, and what it’ll take to get there. If we finish the diagnosis and you don’t agree with it, you don’t pay.
After that, we come alongside you wherever you want us. Sometimes that means we do everything. Sometimes it means we just build the website.
Freelancers are good at single assets. A logo, a landing page.
The thing costing you deals is bigger. Your touchpoints don’t agree with each other, and that inconsistency reads as operational inconsistency to a value-analysis committee.
It’s a systems problem. It’s also hard to see from inside, where nobody looks at the brand the way a first-time buyer does.
A 30-minute, no-strings-attached conversation to see if we’re the right fit for each other.
We’ll walk you through the process and answer any questions you have. We want you to feel comfortable with everything before moving forward.
