Reddoor partnered with Young Life to create a Salesforce-based compliance management system for employees and volunteers worldwide.
Backend software development and integration was completed by Young Life. The YL Connect tool is a decade(s) overdue update to managing thousands of employees and volunteers. Everything from training, to background checks to on-going education and compliance. Our goal was to create an experience that made the required and mundane tasks enjoyable and as easy as possible to accomplish.

We took every opportunity we could to infuse the trademark life-giving enthusiasm that Young Life is known for. We used candid pictures of student, staff and volunteers throughout the experience to emphasize the human element and importance of the mission of Young Life.
