Develop a brand from the ground up for a real estate team that needed to compete in the luxury market of a down economy.

The Solution

We created a brand along side the founder James Anderson that delicately balanced the the worlds of beach casual and the luxuriousness of the Pacific Palisades and surrounding communities. We broke the traditional rules of real estate marketing trends, and made sure every marketing piece made a statement and was used with purpose. We created a complete system, from headline driven yard signs to business cards that have handmade quality to custom listing kits that delivered a solid first impression.

The Results

The brand was so unique and successful that it not only created 27 million dollars worth of sales in the first year and 49 million the second, but also set an industry standard bringing about guest speaking engagements, luxury marketing panel discussions and industry marketing awards. It also propelled the team into certification as a Luxury Marketing Specialist by the CLHMS and acceptance as a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing.
